Domestic shipping only!  Sorry, we cannot ship to anyone in Hawaii & Washington State.

We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

Note: Shrimp can live in the shipping box 2 weeks / 14 days + They can handle COLD!

When you receive the shrimp, if the water is very cold, let them sit in the open shipping box for 2 hours before you put them in the tank.

Slowly warming them up is very important! 

Note:  Shrimp are very hard to count.  Please put them in a small container, then count them!

  • Male/Female: Will be picked at random (no custom orders)

If your shrimp are shipped in a breather bag, you can find the bag of shrimp wrapped inside a paper towel. See photo for example of how your order may arrive.

Blue amanos

Have been wanting more of a cleanup crew and wanted to add Amanos to the other shrimp types I have. They shipped super fast, customer service was able to confirm the ship date worked out with my schedule. When they came I thought I got the wrong shrimp bc they were so blue in the bag. On closer inspection they are definitely Amanos, but even after 2 days in my tank most of them have a strong blue hue that I've never seen in amanos before. Pretty cool. In general the shrimps are 1.5”-2” in size. I'm happy with my order and would definitely buy again.

Smaller than expected

This is my second order from aqua huna and everything I have order has come in good condition. I've only had two doa but I'm fine with that as one of the trapdoor snails gave birth the day after I got her. My only disappointment is the amano shrimp are a lot smaller than I was expecting when I ordered large.

Great first experience!

I was worried as I'd never ordered fish online before but bought 8 Amano shrimp and 2 assassin snails and they did not disappoint! Arrived DAYS ahead of what the tracking told me, and all were healthy and active and remain that way. Packaged well and included detailed and simple instructions on how to acclimate, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you!!!
