Bought 12 of these Corries and put them in a heavly planted 40 breeder tank with lots of caves and rocks, a well established tank all to themselves and some rabbit snails. These guys arrived at a bit over an inch to an inch and a half. Within two days in their tank their color really started to show. Hard to tell if everyone is still alive, most I could count at one time was 10 with a possible 11. No floaters and all that I see look really active and happy. We will keep an eye on them and hope to see all dozen go by in one group :). SO glad I submitted a request for notification when aqua huna got them in stock, I ordered instantly, didn't want to miss out.

I ordered 8 Gold Laser Cory Cats. I've been looking for these guys for awhile as as soon as they got back in stock I ordered. All 8 arrived alive but it's only downhill from there. After properly acclimating them I added them to a 20 gallon long tank that was cycled and previously held a few swordtails (I took them out when the corys arrived because this was meant to be a highlight tank for only these Gold Laser Corys). They didn't look starved when they arrived an they also had more color then I expected. However I could not and still can not get them to eat. On day three one passed away and I was refunded but on day four another passes and again today another passed. I am monitoring the tank daily for anything bad but all conditions look just fine. They are just shy and wont eat. Even overnight I still see food uneaten when I get up in the morning. I'm not new to fish keeping (I have 7 tanks) and I feel defeated. I've tried sinking pellets, live baby brine shrimp, frozen blood worms, frozen brine shrimp, micro pelets, and so much more. Very sad and disappointed as they keep dying for no reason. =(

These came in tiny, but, healthy. Arrived quickly. I can see a gold stripe all along the back of these babies. I hope they get more gold as they age. I almost thought two were dead in the bag. USPS must just throw these boxes around, because, the bag had fallen sideways and two of the cories were high on the bag and it looked like they were stuck and not in water. I had to manipulate the bag, so the cories would drop down into the water. My only suggestion is put big writing on the box to say live fish and maybe it wouldn't be so tossed around by the carrier.
