All 6 made it despite the weather!
Living in Minnesota, the weather can be unpredictably cold during winter months. They arrived to me on a 32 degree day. When first opening the box, I believed they were dead. They were shocked, pretty lifeless, laying on their sides or completely upside down. A heat pack can only help so much and the water in the bag was 50 degrees. I drip acclimated them over the course 1.5 hours, not expecting them to survive. All 6 perked back up and are now doing well.

The shipping came super quick considering I live on the easy coast. All 6 of these beautiful gouramis came healthy and energetic! The acclimation guide that it came with was also very descriptive and quite honestly I think I will acclimate all my fishes this way because they're responding really well to the tank.

They even include what their Ph Parameters were which was super helpful to know. The best part is they sent them I believe as tiny size so I get to watch them grow and mature in the tank which is awesome!

I purchased my first round of honey gouramis about a year and a half ago and they were great! There were some iffy pectoral fins that led to me choosing not to breed most of them but otherwise not much to complain about. I received my second round of honey gouramis today and I swear the quality went up. The juveniles are perfect in my eyes and I can't wait for them to color up.
