We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: Snails come wrapped in a paper towel when shipped. Please look for this before throwing away any of the shipping materials that come with your delivery.

Recommended temperature: 69 to 71 degrees Fahrenheit

Arrived in Great Shape

My snails were delivered, just as I was heading out the door. It's horrible to do, but I floated them in my tank and left for work. I oredered 2 horned Nerite and 2 Golden Mysteries. After I got home from work, I acclimated them per AH's instructions and they took off in my 75 gallon. I will purchase more.

I did not get Golden mystery snails. Mine have a blackish shell, with black bodies.

Arrived in decent shape, but definitely aren't Golden Mystery snails. While they are Mystery snails, the ones I received have Black bodies, with a partially black shell. My guess is they substituted these for the Golden. Not what I wanted by a long shot ! I have a black background tank, and black bodied snails disappear against that black background. Not happy ...
