These fish came in super tiny fry. Only 1/6 survived the quarantine process. When ordering these fish, be sure to use supermicro-sized food or ground into a powder.
These fish would benefit from having soft water; they do not like hard water at all. They do not like the water that comes from my well and require a bit of extra care. If you have soft water, or use RO they would be amazing fish.
The pencil fish are more chasers than schoolers, however they love their setup and are setting in nicely.
