These XL Amanos from Aqua Huna are the real deal. They arrived big, healthy, and immediately active. Within minutes of acclimation they were climbing, exploring, and going after algae like a cleanup crew on a mission. These are easily the largest and strongest Amanos I’ve ever received from any seller.
I ended up with 11 out of 12, and the one loss was on me — it climbed out of the tank during the first night while everything was still settling. These shrimp are escape artists when they’re exploring, so make sure your lid gaps are tight. The other 11 are absolute tanks and haven’t had a single issue.
If you want Amanos that actually do the job, stay active, and look impressive in the tank, these XLs are worth every penny. I’ll definitely be ordering more.
