2nd try with these snails. I cannot say enough how great the customer service is at Aqua Huna. Unfortunately, I think the heat stress from shipping did these already very sensitive snails in. Box was quite warm and so were the paper towels they were wrapped in even though it was a fully lined insulated box and Overnight Priority shipping. It really sucks to lose the snails but this company is amazing with their DOA policy. I will wait to try again until it cools down. If this company has what I’m looking for, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy here again.
The female endler's livebearers i received arrived healthy and not overly stressed from transportation. Two weeks later all are still alive and well however, of the sixteen ordered it appears one is most definitely male having developed brighter coloration and having a male looking anal fin. Not catastrophic, but something to be aware of.
Super cute and healthy! One died shortly upon arrival, but an extra was sent. All are now doing great!
