I ordered 2 batches a few years ago and they arrive healthy and active. They even breed inside my tank. Which is so cool. This stock (at least when I purchased it) was great
I ordered 6. All came healthy. The problem is that one of them is a croaking gourami, which has 3 bold long stripes, a bigger mouth, and no sparkles or blue eyes. They seem to be much bigger than the sparkling gourami. So I do not know if this will be a problem for me. Overall, a bit upset about the mixup, but the fish are healthy and seem to be doing well.
If I were you, buy more than you need, and if you get some croaking gourami, donate them to a friend or to LFS.
