I bought 6 Congo Tetras, figuring I'd get a couple males at least. NONE. They were all females. There's a 1.5% chance that can happen randomly. I asked for fair resolution or at least a discount on, or guarantee of, male Congo Tetras but none was offered. Unethical.
Only bought this plant a couple days ago and it has adapted to the tank very well no issues so far, I would not recommend buying live animals from here (bought twelve from this place, six died) but the plants so far are amazing.
I bought two snails treated them the exact same way, one woke up immediately, and I thought the other one was still in hibernation so I waited now looking at this snail is very clear that he is dead, and has been since I got him.
Hi Aaron! I am so sorry to hear about your snail :( We always recommend giving them 24-48 hours to start moving around, and reaching out to us immediately if there is still no activity past that point.
