I ordered a bunch of fish all at once and everything showed up perfect and alive! But let me tell you these Acaras are amazing little friends. So much personality and so curious. Wish I could have a tank full!
Came in nicely packed in we paper towels. Another species next to them were all stinky dead on arrival and were immediately refunded. These were the biggest I have seen in captivity! I think that adult snails must be more sensitive to pH and temperature shock as only the really big ones had a hard time. Rest are doing fine and have adapted. Next time I will acclimate like I do with fish and shrimp.
All of our tetras arrived healthy, active, and in good health. They've been a beautiful part of our aquarium for the last month. Shipping, communication, and the ordering process were all great.
