We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. So, I can’t blame Aqua Huna, but…..

I ordered panda cories and 14 assorted female guppies.
The pandas came in great shape and lively. Unfortunately the female guppies didn’t fare as well. Three were dead on arrival and the rest didn’t look great. A week later, all were dead except for one.
The issue I think was temperature. The heat pouch inside was cold, and the water was cold. I opened the box ASAP and drip acclimated for a couple hours, but to no avail. They steadily died in the next couple days. I have to admit some fault as I am in New England and its winter. We had a very cold patch when the guppies were shipped and maybe the USPS kept them somewhere they shouldn’t have.
I did not issue a claim, as I feel partially responsible by ordering at this time of year.
