Ordered 2 horned nerites, both arrived wrapped in paper towels. Paper was still quite wet and both snails alive and well. They had a little stress showing in their shells but are already on the mend and thriving in their new home.

Informed the FedEx screwed up the overnight shipping. Fish got lost at the hub. Informed them. A day late, my fish showed uphealthy, shrimp and snails all alive. Message that everything was alive and well, gave a thank you. 3 days later got a refund for the shipping difference without asking. Just happy that a company actually cares about the customer and it's been a long time since at felt that about any place. Be ordering again soon

None of mine were yellow...yet. All were tiny,tiny babies. But all are alive and thriving, so I'm definitely a happy snails momma!
