Great quality fishs

The quality of the fish was excellent—exactly as described, and they arrived healthy, which I greatly appreciate. However, the shipping process needs significant improvement. The heat pack was completely cold after six days, and the bags containing the fish were leaking and nearly empty of water. While I’m happy with the fish themselves, I expected better shipping standards from this company to ensure the fish’s safety during transit.
