We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. All 4 were DOA and decomposed. When I sent pictures as required they were fast to refund money. The shipping could be better. My shipment sat in PA only 2hrs from me from 8am to next day at 9am. Was delivered in the afternoon. It took 4 days to get delivered. This will not stop me from ordering again. So the 3 stars is for my DOAs and shipping. 5 stars on the rest of my order.

These guys are healthy and beautiful, outgoing and confident. Arrived completely pale, I was so confused, I thought they sent me the wrong ones, but they were just stressed from shipping! 100% survival, which was such a relief, they spent two extra days in transit because I stupidly ordered them right before Christmas! The acclimation instructions are very comprehensive, I would definitely order from Aqua Huna again
