I paid for the 2-4 day shipping, the fish I originally ordered got stuck in transit for 8 days, they all ended up DoA, I worse horrified when I opened the box and 26 out of the 26 fish I had bought died. The company and I communicated and they were fantastic about it, I paid the 1-2 day air shipping fee and they sent me the same 26 fish for no additional charge other than the shipping. After 1 day they all arrived alive and healthy, they easily acclimated to my tank and are all thriving. Note to self and fellow customers, just pay for the extra shipping option. Huge shoutout to the guys at Aqua Huna, they will definitely get more of my business.

Ordered 24 danios (12 Zebra Danios and 12 Long-fin Zebra Danios) they came looking good one danio in the bag was a DOA put all danios in my 2 month old cycled holding/quarantine tank. As time went on i lost one after another after another and could figure out what was killing off. Tested the water quality and is was perfect. I lost all but 9 of them (3 long-fin Zebras and 6 Zebras) i am very sad that this happened but i could bow explain how it happened and it all happened within 2 weeks. Now signs of hurt or injury to the fish when i examined them.
