Quick shipping and doing well

I've been buying fish from Aquahuna.com since 2021 and I have Never had a DOA or die-off during the first week or even month!
Many of the fish I've bought are still thriving and some breeding!

So when they started selling plants, you can only imagine my excitement! This first order didn't disappoint! I wish that I could share a picture, because it's better than the picture on this site! I hope they add additional plant species as time goes on.

First and LAST time ordering from this company. I wanted to love them as their prices are great but the shipping was ridiculous. Took over a week to even start prepping the order. It was cold there so okay I understand that. But then it took over a week after they shipped to get here and I don’t even live that far away considering. Those poor fish were in bags the whole time. I received a box full of death. The corydora were literally decomposing into mush. It smelled TERRIBLE in my house all day. The plants were dead and rotting. Absolutely disgusting. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed twice and gotten no response at all. I’m beyond dissatisfied. I paid over 100 dollars for a giant box of rotten fish guts and the company doesn’t even care enough to respond. 100 percent live arrival guarantee? Where’s my money then? I would give negative stars if I could.
