We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. All 7 platys arrived dead and i haven't gotten any response from aqua huna

The fish are healthy

The fish are healthy, but their colors are somewhat plain. The first time, I received only orange ones, and the second time, only black ones. However, I must mention that they highly value their customers and provide excellent service.

I am very unhappy with this purchase

I ordered 25 Assorted Hifin Platy, 4 of them are normal platy without hifin, I made a note to ask for different colors, but all I received were red, no other colors, one of the 25 platy got Fungal Infection in the bag. lucky 25 of them are alive, I am very unhappy with this purchase, the only good thing is that the packaging was good, not putting 25 fish in one bag.
