Sick Fish

Delivery and packaging was great, everything arrived alive, barely. Many of the celestial pearl danios I ordered had wasting disease when they arrived. They were thin, gaunt, and disinterested in multiple foods. After a couple weeks I am left with the remaining healthy fish, roughly half of my original purchase.

Disappointed

I’ve purchased CPD’s from Aquahuna multiple times. Usually, I purchase the small ones, but they’ve been sold out. I got these “large” ones expecting substantially more mature CPD’s. That is not what I received. Rather than give my opinion on this, I’ll just state fact and you can decide for yourself what’s going on here. I ordered 6, all came alive. All 6 are the same size as the small CPDs that I have previously ordered, and 1 was the smallest CPD I have ever seen (I’ve included pics for reference). Another reviewer noted the exact same experience. 2 of the 6 appear to have wasting disease. These fish are $1.50 more per fish than the “small” CPDs that are sold out. The 4 fish that are doing well, including the extra small guy, are really thriving. They took a little longer to color up. In the photos that I’m going to attach, the large ones that are colored up are my existing CPDs. It gives perspective.

They all looked small and with no color they end up dying within a week unfortunately
