Always satisfied with Aquahuna.com

Received another order of electric blue rams. These were very young and shipped well at that age. They acclimated well, very active from the start and displayed good color patterns. Very very satisfied with this order, looking forward to getting more……..Steve

Go all male!

I own several species of Rams and I must say, the Electric Blue are one of my favorites. They have a beautiful metallic blue color.
I placed an order for some and 1 died and 1 lived. The one that died was way too small to make it during shipping. The other one is a healthy handsome fella. It took him a few days to color back up due to the stress from shipping. I requested males only since I do not want to be a Ram baby mama (and they are prettier). I have an all male Dwarf Cichlid tank with Rams, Apistogrammas, Acaras & Angelfish in it and have not had any issues whatsoever with aggression or anyone being territorial.
*I do recommend if you are not planning to breed them, go all male. Males (in all fish species) are much more vibrant and you don't have anyone fighting over the ladies or trying to show out. It makes for a nicer show tank in my opinion.
