This was the first time ordering live creatures online for mail delivery and it couldn't have gone smoother. I was a sap and paid extra for the overnight delivery as I couldn't accept living creatures being shipped USPS three-day delivery across the US. The snails arrived packaged well with a styrofoam lined box. Since my snails were going into an exterior pond, I placed the snails in a container already filled with pond water and an algae covered rock. They woke up quickly and got to exploring. Within 30 minutes I realized they were ready for the big pond. I cannot begin to tell you how quickly 10 snails got to cleaning that pond. Within days algae on the rocks was already noticeable less. Two weeks later we already have three baby's in the pond. A wonderful experience all the way around.
