i know rummy noses are delicate tetras. the fish arrived alive in yellow water but looked ok. pale but ok. by the next morning, after a careful acclimation to my tank, they were riddled with ich. i lost half. my fault: i should have put them in a quarantine tank.

I paid for the fastest shipping option as I know Rummys are sensitive. They arrived on time but the bag water was dark yellow and smelled like pure ammonia when I opened it. Its like they were not fasted beforehand. Additionally, these fish went into a tank by themselves and had already developed ich before the first night fall. They are the only inhabitants of that tank so i know the ich came from their very obvious disregard for the animals, at least for my order. Im very disappointed in my overall experience and wont be buying here anymore after this experience. Ive ordered here before and not had issues like this in all fairness. That said, as I am fair, the fish themselves have all recovered from the ich and are looking good again.

Bought a dozen and they came with ich. Nearly killed all of the fish but was able treat them. Don't recommend ordering from here.
