I ordered two dwarf African frogs and they both were dead on arrival and mind you my mail person handed the box directly to me. I opened it up right away and found both frogs dead. I contacted Aquahuna and they immediately replied and gave me the choice of having the cost refunded or ship out two more frogs. Same scenario with my being directly handed the box. They both made it; however one of the frogs was dead the next morning and the second one was dead the following morning. Although Aquahuna gave me excellent customer service, suffice it to say I won’t be ordering any more frogs.

Both frogs i ordered were dead. I was so unhappy, I lost money and 2 frogs.

They all came healthy with a heat pack in the box, it was around 40 degrees when I ordered them and they all came healthy and are eating good!
