We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. I recently ordered these fish, I love this website because I’ve ordered before so this would have been my second time ordering. Unfortunately all fish were dead and water was rotten when delivered… to the point where the fish were mush. My daughter was devastated. I tried emailing the company but for some reason it wasn’t allowing me to. Lost my money and the fish unfortunately.

The fish are healthy

The fish are healthy, but their colors are somewhat plain. The first time, I received only orange ones, and the second time, only black ones. However, I must mention that they highly value their customers and provide excellent service.
