All critters arrived alive and healthy and were well-packed. Very fun additions to a few of my tanks. The kids love their Axolotl!

I order 4 separate groups of fish/axolotl. Unfortunately, all had some issues. First, the axolotl that I ordered ended up not being in stock, so I did have to go with a cheaper wild type, which the difference was refunded. It is doing great and my daughter loves it. I had a bag of 9 cardinal tetras that were all dead, which were refunded. I order a 6 Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish. 5 were what I ordered and 1 was a silvertip tetra. All are healthy. When I emailed Aquahuna, to their credit, they did ask a follow-up question with-in minutes of my email, but they have not refunded the missing fish or responded to my follow-up email. Lastly, I ordered a pair of Apistos and they both came in as males. Again, both are very healthy. I understand that you notate that you will do your best to pick a pair, so there is no guarantee, and there was a good chance that you only had males left since they were listed as out-of-stock shortly after I ordered, but with the other issues it just left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole process. Again, 3 of the 4 groups of animals came in healthy and are adjusting well. I would love to order form you guys again, but I fear accuracy is an issue, from what showing in stock online not reflecting what is in stock instore and if what is being pulled is arcuate to what is being ordered. Which is sad, because I have read several glowing reviews of your store and really hoped that my review could be just as glowing.

Love these guys! I haven’t seen them since I put them into the tank but there are lots of places to hide. My Golden has quadrupled in size in less than a year so I’m excited to see these guys get comfortable & grow. Just ordered a pair of Coppers
