Shipped very fast and all fish are alive and acclimated!

I am an experienced hobbyist over 50 years not a beginner, these rummy nose came in with ich,it took them five days to die so they weren't under the warranty but they died in the quarantine tank luckily where they were treated with the proper medicine, and still died. They came in very thin. I have the same problem with the emerald rasboras I purchased
