PLEASE READ: Shipping Delays Due to Weather
We are temporarily pausing all USPS orders for the upcoming week (Feb 16th to the 22nd) due to severe snowstorms that are affecting our major transit routes (The majority of our shipments pass through Memphis, TN, where the main USPS distribution center is located). We will resume shipping USPS Priority Mail orders on February 24th, 2025.
Shipping availability for UPS Next Day Air orders may vary by location. If you select this option, please monitor your email closely as it allows us to communicate any potential delays efficiently.

Important Update to Our Shipping Process:
We want to let you know that as of January 13th, 2025, we have decided to switch our USPS distribution center from Seattle to Portland. While this wasn’t an easy decision, it’s being made to ensure the safety and health of our fish.
As a result of the extended commute, our shipping window will be adjusted.
Any orders placed before 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out that same week.
Any orders placed after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will now be processed the following week.
Please note: this change only applies to our USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping, while UPS Next Day Air shipping will remain the same.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as we make this change to continue delivering the best fish to your doorstep.

We guarantee live arrival of everything we sell. We honor this guarantee for the first 3 days after arriving at your home. Simply send us an email with a picture of the fish purchased displayed on a piece of paper or paper towel and we will issue a refund for their purchase price.
