Half of what I ordered died on delivery have been given no response after sending multiple emails about it no refund no additional fish have been sent instead they keep asking me to review their products this is a horrible company that doesn't do refunds that sends dead animals to you that does not follow up with anything and it took them over two weeks to even send the package. And if I could I'd show the video of me opening the bag of dead animals and the other video of me trying to see if I could get them to live and not.

Every fish I've ordered from aqua huna has arrived alive and are thriving. 😁

Ordered 45 fish and 18 shrimp had 3 dead on arrival outa all I'd say that's pretty good it was my fault I didn't get a refund cause I failed to send an email letting know and still haven't but mainly forgot nor was worried because I was so happy at how many actually made it alive very pleased and will keep ordering my fish from them.
