Beautiful and big

Aquahuna never disappoints. I've been buying from this company for about 4 years and have never had a DOA. Packaging is always excellent and processing and shipping is fast!
These 2 snails began moving within minutes and have nearly gotten the tank clean of algae already.

One of 3 looks dead,

All 3 started moving pretty quickly, but one hasn't moved in at least a week and I'm pretty sure it's dead. One is busy clearing off my algae covered plants and I haven't seen the third since it went in. It's past the return deadline but with my overall success with Aquahuna fish one loss isn't something I'll fuss about and I'll happily order from them in the future. Some acclimating directions for snails would be helpful as I've never received them not in water and was guessing on the best way to add them.

2/4 alive

I didnt submit a DOA on the 2 as i couldnt tell with snails but 2 are alive and healthy then 2 kinda just didnt move for days then i pulled them out and they stank.
