We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail. Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days. For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: Shrimp can live in the shipping box 2 weeks / 14 days + They can handle COLD!
When you receive the shrimp, if the water is very cold, let them sit in the open shipping box for 2 hours before you put them in the tank.
Slowly warming them up is very important!
Note: Shrimp are very hard to count. Please put them in a small container, then count them!
Make sure to check the sponge they are shipped with for shrimp before throwing it away.

If your shrimp are shipped in a breather bag, you can find the bag of shrimp wrapped inside a paper towel. See photo for example of how your order may arrive.
