From day 1, dying every other day or so. All other fish are happy, perfect water quality.

About 2 months ago I ordered 8 black emperor tetra. At first they were only small fry with no coloration. Despite this, I didn't panic. For a few months I watched as they grew and noticed a black stripe forming. Not knowing much about fish and this being my first time ever buying... I figured the black "stripe" would eventually cover and make the whole tetra black as in the picture. But after waiting and no change, I knew I had received the wrong tetra. I contacted Aqua Huna about the situation via email, including pictures, videos, and receipts. After 2 days someone reached out to me and apologized for the wrong order. They immediately shipped out the tetra of my choosing free from charge. I paid absolutely nothing! They let me keep the wrong tetra and sent me 9 cardinal tetra for the inconvenience. By far the best experience I've had since joining this hobby. Fast reply and went above and beyond to makes things right! This is my 3rd time purchasing with them and it won't be the last. THANK YOU AQUA HUNA!!!! You guys rock!!!
