We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

Disappointing

Ordered 12,10 doa, the remaining 2 died the next day. Didn’t get a refund either after emailing about the doa 5 days ago. I’ve ordered through Aquahuna a bunch and have more good orders than bad but this was so bad.

I checked our email history and can see that you sent us an email on March 5th at 10:00 AM, and we replied within 3 minutes with a few options to help fix the situation. It’s possible the email got filtered or missed, so please check your inbox (and spam folder) and reply when you can—we’d love to get this sorted out for you.

Live arrival but all died

I put these little guys in my quarantine tank but the last one died a couple of days ago. They did arrive alive in the mail so I don’t know, I might try again. My son has two killifish just like these in his tank from our local fish store and the owner quarantines all fish before he sells them but he rarely gets these guys in. My son has had his for several months.
