Healthy on arrival.

So first off I don’t want this to be a total reflection of my experience with getting aquatic plants and fish. I recently made my very first purchase here and everything was GREAT overall. Packaging was fantastic and the fish were very healthy. No DOA’s at all!
There were only 2 issues with my order. One being that the baby tears was overrun by scuds and died shortly after being introduced to my isolation tank (basic tank with cycled foam filter) And unfortunately I was shorted one Japanese trapdoor snail. But overall this was a really good experience. My sword plant was very healthy and of a good size, no issue with scuds. I understand that pests are just going to happen when you get anything meant for an aquarium, it was just a bummer that the plant died very soon after receiving it.

Overall good experience, would certainly order again!
