I have been keeping fish since 1954, and I understand the risk involved in shipping live animals. I think I ordered 12 fish and 7 are alive today. 3 were dead in the bag upon arrival. This is not a problem for me, and I don’t expect replacements. I do, however, have a complaint- upon ordering I was informed that the fish were in quarantine- no expectation of a shipping date was supplied, and when they were shipped I was not informed. So the fish showed up at my front door unexpectedly.
The plants arrived very healthy but I would not put them in plastic to ship. They should just be in wet paper so they don't bake in the box.
