My wife and I started out being skeptical about mail ordering fish, but this company squelched that quickly. Their shipping schedule is good. They ensure that the fish will arrive on a weekday when most people are home. They are packed very well. We purchased dwarf chain loaches and we couldn’t be happier. They arrived healthy and feisty.
