We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Cold weather arrival

Ordered on Monday came in on Wednesday. It was in the 20s's when my fish came in. The little heated packet was still warm. I had it delivered to work. And asked my postman to keep an eye out for it. Very healthy fish. Happy and healthy in their new tank. Thank you Barbara

Shrimp good, fish not so much

My shipment took 7 days because of the los angeles fires. So the shrimp were all alive but one. The rasboras however all came down with ich, which was probably on account of the heat pack not lasting 7 days. The water arrived sooo cold.
