We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. One had pinched stomach refused to eat

I purchased 2 of these and one looks great and very healthy. Swims like a champ and loves exploring his new 55 gallon community tank. The other however was sluggish and did not move around much. He did not show interest in food and had a pinched stomach. Tried to general cure and another anti parasitic as its common for parasites to be the cause. Sadly he did not make it.

Ordered two Bolivian Rams on 1-7-24 and two on 3-8-24. As of 2/9/25 two of them are still alive. The two that died got whatever disease makes them skinny and waste away to nothing. I tried to save them with Pasi Pro and some anti-bacterial meds, but I've found that when they get really skinny they're almost impossible to save. I'd order again in hopes of better luck.

One was DOA, the rest were way too thin, 2 never would eat. So, out of 4, 1 survived. Previous shipments were much healthier.
