They used heat pack to ensure water temperature. It took less than 48hrs to arrive in Northern California. The temperature drops to 40-45F at night and max out at 56F during the day here. I checked the water temperature once I opened the box and it was 68F due to the heat pack. The know their stuffs

Both were white and in bad shape one was dead within two hours of the box being opened the second was barely moving and laying on floor of the quarantine tank by morning both had died. The twenty cherry shrimp also had the white ring and did not survive, The rest of my order was healthy and is thriving well. Including corydoras and gold rams.

Came in beautiful and bigger than I expected!!
