We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. I received my fish today. As soon as I opened the box I knew something was wrong. The smell of ammonia was really really strong… peered into the cloudy water within the bag and all but one fish arrived dead. I immediately had to jump into action to save this one fish that, surprisingly, was still kicking. Some of the fish look like they’ve been dead for days. Was able to get the survivor in my tank, but I fear the damage has already been done… I’ll continue to monitor the little guy the next few days. I’ve tried sending an email, but I keep getting “message blocked” for some reason. Hoping this review will get their attention to contact me as I can’t seem to get my email to send.
