Shipping was fast packing was good. Just disappointed that 2 albino died, my other order that just came in was the same good and bad.
My other order was of celestial pearl danio was suppose to have 8 but only 7 arrived, 6 julii corydoras 1 died.

I'm not one to complain but it was a loss on my end. I know the policy said DOA but the albino and julii corydoras died a day later. So I didn't make a claim because I'm not sure if a day later would count.

As for acclimating, i let the bag they come in with sit in the 10 gallon i have for 1 hour then drip acclimate till its half and half(half water they came with and half of the medicat3d water)
ACCLIMATING PROCESS
, I have a 10 gallon hospital tank, I use the api medication let the fish sit in for 2 days, redo process for another 2 days on the 5th day redo medication and put 75% of medication water in another 10 gallon tank and the rest with RO water(ZERO TDS).

All fish arrived alive and they are still thriving three weeks later. Will definitely buy again.

received 12 all alive and looked great. They are out of quarantine and doing well in three of our tanks. These people know their business , they are my go to supplier.
