All died within 3 days, all the fish I order are doing well. Just the snails died. I have many snails living well in my tank for ever.

Sent me the wrong snails twice. Never got back to me the third time until I followed up a week later and by then they were out of stock. I’d actually canceled a pending order of these snails from another store so I could order them from AH and get some fish while I was at it. Unfortunately after paying for shipping and incurring a restocking fee from the other store I never even got the blueberry snails which was my whole reason for placing the order from AH in the first place. On top of that I was sent deformed fish, which I was kindly refunded for, but still was very disappointed with my experience as there were so many issues. Hopefully next time will be better.

My snails arrived alive and healthy... thanks so much, I never heard of or seen the blueberry snails they are beautiful I get so many compliments on them.
