All four snails that were mailed with USPS died. Why would any person or company with a brain mail packages with USPS to a state that has winter temperatures and not include specific mailing instructions to hand deliver aquatic life. Your company has management with no freaking common sense!!
Such a kind owner who answered all of my emails on a very timely manner and was kind each time! I was so anxious about having my Dwarg frogs shipped but they were so helpful!!!
