fish dead when they arrive

2 red cap oranda died when the order arrived. I reported to the seller that the fish was dead, but they said it may be fish stress (something that I lied about), then I put the fish on the paper and picture again to them, and then they were silent

Received these gold fish on Wednesday both dead the next day on Thursday.water smelled very bad and was very dirty when I unboxed them. Shipped in a very small box and both fish were in the same bag.
