I ordered 9 cardinal tetras. All arrived alive, but one looked pretty sick, and died a couple days later even though I kept it in my quarantine tank and treated with a general tonic. Since then, 4 more have died though my parameters and other fish are fine, and none has displayed any symptoms. Things seem to have stabilized now, after a couple weeks.
All 10 of them came completely healthy and vibrant with no issues. This is the only online fish marketplace I would recommend buying from.
