I got 4, and unfortunately one was DOA. The other 3 started moving after about 24hrs in water. I wonder if they should be shipped in water instead of the paper towel. I also don't think shipping that takes over a week should be allowed as these are living beings, and usps takes their time with delivery and moving through facilities.

After 3 weeks, my little guys are doing well. I chose my betta and requested that one thorned nerite look like a little bee if possible and I got sent a perfect little black and yellow snail and the other snail was mature with great horns. My betta came pale and quiet -- but ate some pellets the next day and has been flourishing since. He has been surprising me with his deepening color. He has been busy figuring out where he can blow his bubble nests (two so far). The animals arrived a day earlier than predicted and I am very pleased with Aqua Huna.

Across the county and never disappointed. Snails were perfect.
