We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. Sent Me Four Red Phantom Tetras

Ordered 8 Serpae Tetras on 1-31-25. All were alive when received a couple days later. Took until today to realize that 4 of the 8 fish they sent me were Red Phantom Tetras. I can tell from the lack of white on the anal fin of the Red Phantoms. Plus once you notice it for the first time, it's then easy to spot that overall they're simply a different species. Was going for a species specific tank. Best laid plans and stuff...

It wasn't their fault.

I lost 3 fish in total, but I believe it was due to the weather. The shipment was delayed in route due to the government mourning president Jimmy Carter passing as well as huge ice/snow storms in the region. The rest of the fish are beautiful and doing very well. Due to the fact that I work so much I couldn't find time to ask for a refund or replacement for the loss, so that's on me. I will probably order from them again.
