I bought 6 Pygmy cories recently, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. 3 arrived not just dead, but partially rotted away and coated in biofilm. The water in the bag looked and smelled absolutely horrendous. A fourth died during the acclimation process, and a fifth cory died the next day. So I’m down to one lonely little guy. That said, he seems to be stable and doing well, and customer service refunded me for 4 of the fish. It’s too bad, because this is the 2nd batch of Pygmy cories I’ve purchased from here, and the ones I bought last year were great. I’m not sure if the issue this time was with the fish themselves or the shipping. Either way, it was definitely the gnarliest fish shipment I’ve ever received.
