Note: Shrimp can live in the shipping box 2 weeks / 14 days + They can handle COLD!

When you receive the shrimp, if the water is very cold, let them sit in the open shipping box for 2 hours before you put them in the tank.

Slowly warming them up is very important! 

Note:  Shrimp are very hard to count.  Please put them in a small container, then count them!

Make sure to check the sponge they are shipped with for shrimp before throwing it away.

  • Male/Female: Will be picked at random (no custom orders)

Ideal water temperature for cold water shrimp: 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit

One shrimp passed after around a week but it’s been almost 3 months and the other 7 are perfect

Gorgeous little yellow babies!!

They arrived in very good condition! Tiny little babies, got their colors a few hours after introduced to the tank! I lost one but the others are happy and healthy!

Yellows didn't fair well

I've ordered from AH several fish/shrimp/times. We're in Jersey. All orders have arrived packed with love. I'm putting in another tonight. Truly. This was the first shipment that didn't do so well. Was it the stress from shipping? Or other? Not sure but one by 1 the yellows didn't make it by the 5th day. I didn't put in a claim. They arrived well and all alive as promised but sadly parished. I'm not going to attempt them again. I'll keep with the blues.
