Alive and Healthy

Along with the bichirs, they showed up a day early. Very active and in color. Really small which I like, so I can watch them grow. They will stay with the dwarf frogs and bichirs until I can put them in with the other Dempsey and cichlids. We will see how they do.

Alive and well

Showed up on time way early and alive and healthy small like I wanted for my 55 setup along with my regular jack dempsey fish I got and my other cichlid mates

Received heathy and beautiful fish

Anyone who has researched these fish is probably already aware that the electric blues are tricky to raise. The two I got were shipped promptly, packaged safely, and arrived in good shape. They were beautiful little fish in good health and body condition and they acclimated well. I did lose one after a few weeks; as they grew, it became more and more apparent that one was much more robust and the other one kind of… faded. Again, that's not at all unusual with EBJDs. The one that made it is over four inches long already and is my favorite fish! He's gorgeous and the boss of his tank. I would totally order more if I thought he'd tolerate another one in the tank.
