We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via USPS Priority.  Once we get your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.  For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. I wish I could give zero star for this. I’ve been a long time customer, but Aquahuna is a big disappointment lately. I ordered 4 whiptails and none survived past 4 days. The fish were super tiny (1 1/2” including tail) and skinny. One died within 3 days which I received refund, but other three died on the fourth day. I will not buy from here anymore unfortunately.

Only ordered from here a couple of times! But this business is our first choice now for fish! We really like the prices, the variety, and the customer service. The shipping times are appropriate and sometimes even faster than delivery date. The fish arrive well packaged. We haven't received any dead fish during shipping.
