On the morning my fish were to be delivered, I checked the status and noted they were in Memphis, TN. Twelve hours later, they were still sitting in Memphis, TN, and I received word that delivery rescheduled for the next day. I immediately researched where Fed Ex holds packages, as I was very concerned about the welfare of my fish being exposed to elements beyond the original anticipated time.
Thankfully, they arrived alive, acclimated beautifully, look healthy & happy, and continue to thrive! I credit Aqua Huna's care in packaging for that. Thank you.
Hi, I already replied to this that the fish were delivered in great shape and were settling in fine.
Prompt delivery, nice size, beautiful colors, and a pair that are getting to know each other. I was a little concerned about the female for the first couple of days, as she did a lot of swimming on her side, wondered about swim bladder issues. However, after a few days she "straightened up", and is doing great.
