Order took almost 7 days. It was in the Christmas shopping delivery mess and I was very worried the fish would not survive. I had ordered a pack of glofish and 2 hillstream loaches. Since both of these fish have different temperature requirements I was certain at least some of them were dead. When the order arrived, late on the 6th day, I opened the box right away and all fish were alive! They had styrofoam separating the warm tank fish from the cold tank fish; a warm pack with the glofish. I was panicked and in touch with the company. They handled a panicked old lady very well! lol! Reassured me they pack them to last 7 days and they were correct…no BS here!😉

They look good initially, but did not make it to quarantine.

I ordered 6 Hillstream loaches they were supposed to be delivered next day air. While in UPS control they sat at a wear house for an extra day. It took 45 hours to deliver. 5 of 6 were DOA. Aqua Huna replaced the 5 and didn’t charge any shipping (hopefully UPS guaranteed their service to them) all 5 replacement loaches arrived healthy and safe. I would recommend Aqua Huna for their solid business practices plus the fish I received were excellent!
