Fish were of good size and in great shape.

Very disappointing

6 of 8 of our danios arrived dead and the others died soon after. Half our 10
shrimp were DOA.

We didn’t think the effort for a refund was worth it (besides, who wants more dead stuff?).

I purchased a fairly expensive fish and it died after a few days and this company gave me a refund right away. Their shipping is fast and all of the fish I received were really nice.
