2 arrived dead and less than 24 hours all but 2 have died. While all females and shrimp i ordered are fine. What’s up with that?

We were so happy to purchase these because at that price we figured they were the ones that nobody wanted and would be culled, but we were devastated to find that every single one arrived dead, the water was hot, yellow, and the packaging had absolutely zero thermal protection. Will never trust this seller again since they seem to value making a quick buck over the lives of the animals that they ship

My first time ordering from this site. Couldn’t be happier. All 10 fish arrived alive and healthy. They colored up immediately. I believe I ended up with 4 different colors, hard to tell because they are so active and curious. Love them all. Very cute little nano fish. Very vibrant and all 10 happy and thriving 2 weeks later.
