I received my order promptly as paid for, I followed all the accompanying instructions to the letter, within 24 hours all six fish had loads of ich, a 5 year tank with never an issue and this order from Aquahuna literally caused havoc, killed my beautiful huge loaches and other expensive fish which I loved and poured my heart into, it was so heartbreaking watching them die one by one, all 6 from the order died first within a couple days and left nothing but devastating in my prize tank, I have reached out to Aquahuna via email with no reply and now it says there email is full, they give no phone number to contact them which lacks any type of customer service or communication, the cost of purchase, my dead fish and time, effort and cost trying to eradicate this devastation has been unbearable and broken my spirit as a fish mom, I am so incredibly sad and angry, a reputable seller will have a proper means of contact, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, HUGE REGRET AND DISASTER ! SHAME ON YOU !

Fish arrived alive and appeared healthy. Only concern is the water was pretty cold. I took 9 hours to slowly acclimate temp and ph. Ended up with ich on two fish so am now finishing two weeks of treatment of the entire order. All fish alive. Other than this am happy and will order again.

Fish and plants were great and arrived all the way to TN with no issues! So awesome!
